Arupa Tesolin was born and grew up in Ontario, Canada. She began writing creatively as a child but became better known as an expert in management and organizational learning with over 150 articles in leading industry publications, often with an eye to analysis, innovation and trends. She lives in the greater Toronto area and has two grown daughters.

With a lifelong passion and curiosity about the creative process, her focus on the implicit side of innovation is what makes her work unique in this field.

Arupa is the founder of the innovation training company Intuita. She is a consultant in innovation & performance transformation and the creator of Intuita MindWare, an intuitive cognition training process that helps people generate breakthrough insights.
